Power Grid Components, Inc., a Shorehill Capital portfolio company, completed the acquisition of Meister International in November 2022. The add-on transaction expands Power Grid’s distribution of high- and medium-voltage insulators, bushings and related utility hardware and broadens its national product and customer reach; terms were not disclosed.
