PracticeTek has acquired GrowthPlug, an AI-driven practice marketing and automation SaaS, adding the business to PracticeTek’s portfolio of healthcare software solutions. GrowthPlug will continue to be led by CEO Sudhir Bhatti and COO Shavita Bhatti; investor Elevate Capital exits its stake as part of the transaction.
