Seattle-based Precept Wine has acquired Pampelonne, a New York sparkling wine cocktail brand, with Pampelonne becoming a wholly owned subsidiary while its founders remain involved in operations. American Discovery Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor; financial terms were not disclosed. Precept plans to leverage its distribution and sales capabilities to expand Pampelonne's national reach.

Australian Wine Holdco Limited (AWL), a consortium of institutional investors and owner of Accolade Wines, has completed the acquisition of Pernod Ricard’s portfolio of strategic international wines effective April 30, 2025. The deal combines the Pernod Ricard wine assets (including Jacob’s Creek, Campo Viejo, Brancott Estate and others) with Accolade to form a new global wine company, Vinarchy, while Pernod Ricard will continue distribution for a transitional period.
