Precise Systems, a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, has acquired Orlando-based Jardon & Howard Technologies (JHT) in a transaction that closed on February 16, 2024. The acquisition expands Precise Systems' training and simulation capabilities for Department of Defense and other federal customers by integrating JHT's proxSIMity simulation framework and interactive courseware into its platform.
