PRIME AE Group, a NewHold AEC company, has acquired Penza Bailey Architects, a Baltimore-based architecture firm. The acquisition brings PBA into PRIME AE as a studio, expanding PRIME AE's architectural capabilities and presence in the mid-Atlantic (K-12, higher education, justice, federal, commercial, and custom residential markets).
