Pritchard Industries Acquires ACP Facility Services

The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Pritchard's geographic footprint and capabilities—notably into life sciences and manufacturing verticals—and names ACP COO Michael White as Pritchard's Regional Vice President of New England.

Littlejohn & Co. Acquires Pritchard Industries

The acquisition expands Pritchard's presence in Alabama (adding Montgomery coverage), strengthens its industrial and medical facility capabilities, and scales its commercial janitorial footprint in the region.
