Probo Medical, a provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services backed by Avista Capital Partners, has acquired National Ultrasound, Inc., a Duluth, Georgia-based ultrasound sales and service company. The add-on deal expands Probo’s ultrasound sales, service and veterinary market capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
