Proceed (formerly Counsel Press) has acquired Rapid Legal, Inc. and its proprietary LegalConnect platform, based in Chino Hills, California. The deal expands Proceed's West Coast presence and strengthens its e-filing and service-of-process technology capabilities to support law firms and corporate legal teams nationwide.
