Procore Technologies has acquired Esticom, a cloud-based construction estimating and takeoff solution, to add estimating functionality to Procore’s preconstruction offerings. Terms were not disclosed; Procore plans to fully integrate Esticom into the Procore platform to improve accuracy and connectivity across the construction lifecycle.
