Proofpoint Acquires ObserveIT

Proofpoint, Inc. completed its acquisition of ObserveIT, an insider threat management and endpoint monitoring platform, in November 2019. The deal brings ObserveIT's endpoint agent technology and data risk analytics into Proofpoint's people-centric security portfolio to extend data loss prevention (DLP) and insider-threat capabilities to endpoints.
