Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. (parent of Prosperity Bank) received all regulatory approvals required to complete its previously announced acquisition of Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (parent of Stellar Bank). The merger was scheduled for a Stellar shareholder vote on May 27, 2026, with the transaction expected to close on or about July 1, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
