Protect Environmental Acquires Radovent

Louisville-based Protect Environmental has acquired Radovent, expanding its operations to include Radovent’s direct presences in Chicago and Salt Lake City. The deal adds Radovent’s radon and vapor mitigation capabilities and more than 25,000 installed mitigation systems to Protect Environmental’s national environmental consulting and construction platform.
