Nautic Partners Acquires Proud Moments ABA from Audax Private Equity

Providence-based private equity firm Nautic Partners has acquired Proud Moments ABA, a New York–based provider of applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, from Audax Private Equity. The deal, effective February 3, 2025, was undisclosed; under Audax's ownership Proud Moments expanded from seven locations to over 70 clinics across 12 states and serves roughly 3,000 children weekly.
