Provariant Equity Partners completed a recapitalization of Smart Vent, with participation from Kaulig Capital and in partnership with Smart Vent owners Mike Graham and Tom Little. Smart Vent and its affiliate Floodproofing.com are providers of flood mitigation and prevention products serving residential, commercial, and municipal markets; the investment will support growth and expand weather-mitigation offerings.
