PSC Group, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired Thermoplastics Services, Inc. (TSI), a DeQuincy, Louisiana-based custom plastic compounding and pelletizing business. The add-on bolsters PSC's plastic resin sustainability and reprocessing capabilities to expand its ESG and circular-economy services for industrial, commercial and municipal customers.
