Purgo Holdings LLC, a Wincove Private Holdings company, has acquired Steri Technologies, a Bohemia, New York-based manufacturer of filtration systems for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The deal expands Purgo's platform into high value-added process filtration markets and builds on its earlier platform investment in LAKOS Filtration Solutions.
