PwC Acquires Surfaceink

PwC has acquired Surfaceink, a Bay Area hardware design and prototyping firm founded in 1999. Financial terms were not disclosed; roughly 50 Surfaceink employees, including CEO Eric Bauswell, will join PwC as the firm expands its hardware engineering and product prototyping capabilities for enterprise clients.
