Separately, Gladstone expanded its investment in its portfolio company Nocturne Luxury Villas by financing Nocturne’s acquisition of Exclusive 30A Rentals (more than 100 properties) via an $18.7 million senior secured loan.

The deal transfers Atlas's professional pyrotechnic display operations and personnel to Pyrotecnico while the Pelkey family continues to operate the Atlas retail fireworks stores.
