Innominds Acquires Nymi, Provider of Passwordless Connected-Worker Platform

Innominds has acquired Nymi, a Toronto-based provider of a passwordless connected worker platform and wearable authentication (the Nymi Band). Nymi will operate as a wholly owned, independent subsidiary out of Toronto; the company serves large enterprises across 15 countries, including major pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services customers.
