Barcodes Group, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, has acquired Plasco ID Holdings, LLC from BV Investment Partners. The acquisition combines two identification and automatic identification/data capture (AIDC) businesses to create a scaled platform for ID and access control products, software, consumables and services across SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers.
