WestBridge and Eque2 Management Acquire Eque2 from LDC for £46.5m

WestBridge has backed Eque2’s senior management team in a £46.5m management buyout that provides an exit for LDC and other institutional shareholders. Funds managed by WestBridge invested approximately £29m for a c.75% stake; management (led by CEO Justin Moule and COO Peter Davidson) will continue to run and grow the UK-based construction software business serving over 2,700 customers.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires BOLT Software

E-Commerce Software Group Acquires DemoUp Cliplister

The E-Commerce Software Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, has acquired DemoUp Cliplister GmbH, a Berlin-based SaaS platform for visual content management and syndication. The acquisition expands the group's e-commerce SaaS offering (alongside Billbee, Channel Pilot, VentoryOne and Amazervice) to improve product visualization, enable cross-selling and optimize digital marketing for brands and retailers across Europe.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires CLC Group Limited

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital has acquired CLC Group Limited from the Armitage Family Trust, with the Armitage family trust and CLC management reinvesting alongside H.I.G. The UK-based property and asset refurbishment provider operates roughly 15 branches and offers refurbishment, electrical and fire protection services to social housing, local government, defence, hospitality and utilities clients; H.I.G. intends to support service and geographic expansion and pursue add-on acquisitions.
