The deal allows NameSilo to offer bundled domain, website and email packages and adds ecommerce capabilities to its product suite for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Bitly Acquires Majority Stake in Egoditor GmbH from FLEX Capital

Bitly Inc. has acquired a majority of the shares in Egoditor GmbH, the Bielefeld-based SaaS provider behind qr-code-generator.com, from private equity investor FLEX Capital. The deal brings Egoditor's QR-code capabilities and >€30M ARR into Bitly's global link and QR platform; FLEX and the founders will reinvest a meaningful portion of proceeds into Bitly.

Motorola Solutions has completed its acquisition of Silvus Technologies Holdings Inc., a Los Angeles–based leader in mission‑critical mobile ad‑hoc networks (MANET). The transaction values Silvus at up to $5.0 billion including potential earnouts, with approximately $4.38 billion in cash and restricted stock consideration plus up to $600 million in performance-based earnouts.
