Bitly Inc. has acquired a majority of the shares in Egoditor GmbH, the Bielefeld-based SaaS provider behind qr-code-generator.com, from private equity investor FLEX Capital. The deal brings Egoditor's QR-code capabilities and >€30M ARR into Bitly's global link and QR platform; FLEX and the founders will reinvest a meaningful portion of proceeds into Bitly.
