Netlify Acquires Gatsby Inc.

Netlify has acquired Gatsby Inc., the company behind the open-source Gatsby framework and Gatsby Cloud, to accelerate adoption of composable web architectures and integrate Gatsby’s content hub and cloud innovations into the Netlify platform. The acquisition keeps the Gatsby framework open source and aims to provide developers and enterprises increased flexibility when building composable web experiences.

Netlify has acquired FeaturePeek, a Y Combinator- and Matrix Partners-backed startup that provides frontend preview and in-browser feedback tooling, and integrated its collaboration features into Netlify Deploy Previews. The FeaturePeek team joined Netlify and the technology is delivered as part of Netlify's next-generation collaborative Deploy Previews to streamline feedback loops for web development teams. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Contentstack Acquires Lytics

Contentstack acquired Lytics, a real-time customer data platform, in a deal that closed in December 2024 to add first‑party data activation, audience insights and profile management to Contentstack's composable DXP. The combination aims to enable real‑time personalization at scale for brands and creates a combined business that the company says includes over 500 customers and more than 500 employees.

beehiiv Acquires Swapstack

Netreo Acquires Stackify
