Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Bohmer Kilcoyne Wealth Management

Wealth Enhancement Group has acquired Bohmer Kilcoyne Wealth Management, a Cincinnati-based hybrid RIA that oversees approximately $677 million in client assets. The addition of the Bohmer Kilcoyne team (three advisors and five support staff) brings Wealth Enhancement Group's total client assets to more than $57.3 billion and expands the firm's presence in a key Midwest-to-East Coast market.

Wealth Enhancement Acquires Wise Wealth

Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired Wise Wealth, an independent RIA with offices in Lee's Summit, Rolla, and Liberty, Missouri. The deal — Wealth Enhancement's 100th acquisition — brings Wise Wealth's approximately $464 million in client assets and a 12-person team into Wealth Enhancement, expanding the firm's presence in the greater Kansas City market and pushing total client assets to more than $125 billion.

The acquisition adds one Los Angeles-area office and increases Wealth Enhancement Group's total client assets to more than $70.5 billion while providing succession and expanded resources for the KCS team.
