The deal strengthens Arcwood's operational footprint across the Great Lakes (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio) and expands its capabilities in industrial environmental services, compliance support, and emergency response.

The Sterling Group Acquires Ergotron, Inc. from Melrose Industries

The Sterling Group, a middle-market private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of Ergotron, Inc. from Melrose Industries PLC. Headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, Ergotron is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of ergonomic products for healthcare, workplace, industrial and education markets; Sterling said it will support management to accelerate growth and expand the business.

Industrial Service Group Acquires Georgia Western

The Industrial Service Group (ISG), its industrial rotating equipment services platform, has acquired Georgia Western, a Kennesaw, Georgia-based provider of electric valve actuation parts, distribution and service. The deal was supported with subordinated debt and equity from Five Points Capital and completed in partnership with management, KCM Capital Partners, PNC Mezzanine Capital and LBC Credit Partners; Georgia Western's founders will remain involved in day-to-day operations.

Westbridge Capital Acquires Berg Industrial Service, Inc.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Berg Industrial Service, Inc., a 50-year-old, second-generation family business headquartered in Ontario that designs, installs and services industrial chilling systems and operates an associated engineering and fabrication business. The transaction includes a 10% equity participation by the Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust. Management continuity was announced with Mark Edwards continuing as CEO, Rebecca Carothers joining as COO, and Michael Turner joining the board.

Emerald Textiles Acquires West Coast Assets of Angelica Corporation

Emerald Textiles, a portfolio company of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, acquired the West Coast assets of Angelica Corporation, including nine facilities that expand Emerald into Phoenix and Las Vegas and strengthen its Northern and Southern California footprint. The deal grows Emerald's network to 15 plants and 2 service depots (serving nearly 2,000 customer sites) and further establishes the company as the largest healthcare linen services provider in the Western United States.

LKCM Headwater Investments Acquires ERIKS North American Business
