Helios Technologies Acquires Daman Products

Helios Technologies has acquired the assets of Daman Products Company, a Mishawaka, Indiana-based designer and manufacturer of precision hydraulic manifolds. The acquisition strengthens Helios' Hydraulics segment by adding Daman's manifold design and manufacturing capabilities, expanding product offerings and enabling horizontal product-line integration across industrial and mobile end markets.
