Helios Technologies (NYSE: HLIO) has acquired i3 Product Development, a Wisconsin-based custom engineering and product development firm with expertise in electronics, mechanical, embedded software and rapid prototyping. The acquisition, financed with cash and equity, augments Helios’ internal engineering capabilities and supports its telematics and data analytics roadmap; terms were not disclosed.
