Humach, an AI customer experience company based in Frisco, Texas, has acquired Albany, New York–based Markets EQ, a voice-analytics and AI firm focused on financial communications and alternative data. Markets EQ will operate as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary and its founders will take executive roles at Humach to integrate Markets EQ’s voice‑EQ capabilities into Humach’s mAI Pilot platform to enhance enterprise customer experience and competitive intelligence offerings.
