Helios Technologies Acquires Taimi R&D

Helios Technologies, a public provider of motion control and electronic controls technology, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Canadian hydraulic-component manufacturer Taimi R&D, Inc. The acquisition adds Taimi’s proprietary ball-less swivel couplings and engineering capabilities to Helios’ Hydraulics platform; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2022 and terms were not disclosed.
