The add-on expands Palmetto’s footprint into Florida (its seventh state) and was financed by Deerpath Capital; terms were not disclosed.

White Engineering Services, LLC into its Abilene/Lubbock operations as Palmetto – Abilene. Founders Nick and Linda White will retire following a transition period; the transaction was financed by Deerpath Capital Management and represents Palmetto's first add-on under Sunny River Management.

As part of the transaction Rodney Hinton will become CEO while founder Penny Hinton remains President; SRM plans to accelerate growth through organic expansion and add-on acquisitions, with financing provided by Deerpath Capital Management.

The deal expands ACS’s geographic footprint into South Carolina and broadens its service and replacement capabilities; financing was provided by Capital Southwest and Generational Equity advised the seller.

Ascension Property Services Acquires Palmetto Plumbing Co. of Hialeah Inc.
