SBC Medical Group Holdings (Nasdaq: SBC) has made a strategic minority investment and formed an alliance with OrangeTwist to support clinical, operational, and technology integration as OrangeTwist expands its footprint. In conjunction with the deal, OrangeTwist acquired six additional med spa locations in Colorado and Nevada, bringing the platform to 24 locations across six states; OrangeTwist is backed by PE firms Hildred and Athyrium Capital Management.

BevCanna Enterprises Acquires Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp.

BevCanna Enterprises Inc. entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Naturally Pure Therapy Products Corp., a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer of natural health, nutraceutical and hemp-based CBD products. BevCanna will issue 30,000,000 common shares (deemed $0.20 per share; total deemed consideration C$6,000,000) in exchange for all issued and outstanding securities of Pure Therapy, providing BevCanna with an established e-commerce platform, ~22,000 customers and recurring subscription revenue to support launch and expansion of hemp-based CBD beverages into North America and Western Europe.

DermCare Management Acquires Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center

Plantation, Florida-based Absolute Aesthetics Rejuvenation and Laser Center has been acquired by DermCare Management LLC, a dermatology practice management platform and portfolio company of Hildred Capital. Dresner Partners advised Absolute Aesthetics on the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands DermCare's footprint in aesthetic and dermatology services as it continues to scale its multi-practice platform.
