FranchiCzar has acquired upscale paint-and-sip franchise Pinot's Palette, bringing the combined portfolio to over 100 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. Founders Craig Ceccanti, Charles Willis and Beth Willis have handed the brand to FranchiCzar leadership, with Shauna Garner named brand president and David Graham serving as CEO to drive further growth.

Canopy Capital Partners Acquires Pet Palette Distribution to Launch Pet-Products Platform

Canopy Capital Partners, a Tampa-based private equity firm, has acquired Pet Palette Distribution, a Sykesville, Maryland-based national wholesale distributor of pet products, marking the launch of Canopy's pet-product distribution platform. Canopy named Chris Miller as CEO, said it will pursue growth and complementary product verticals (including pet grooming) and is positioned to pursue bolt-on acquisitions for the new platform.

Authority Brands Acquires Color World Housepainting

Painters USA Acquires Lakeside Painting

Teleflex Acquires Palette Life Sciences

Teleflex Incorporated completed its acquisition of Palette Life Sciences AB for $600 million in upfront cash plus up to $50 million in potential milestone payments. The deal adds Palette’s NASHA-based products — including the Barrigel rectal spacer, Deflux and Solesta — to Teleflex’s interventional urology portfolio; Palette’s standalone net revenue was expected to be about $56 million for 2023.
