Rise Baking Company, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, has acquired Worcester, Massachusetts-based Table Talk Pies, Inc., a family-owned pie manufacturer founded in 1924. The acquisition expands Rise's pie capabilities and footprint—bringing the combined Rise business to 20 manufacturing facilities and approximately 3,700 employees across the US and Canada.
