Sara Lee Frozen Bakery signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cyrus O'Leary's Pies, a Spokane-area maker of award-winning frozen and fresh pies. The acquisition expands Sara Lee Frozen Bakery's in-store bakery (ISB) portfolio and gives it a West Coast manufacturing footprint; Cyrus O'Leary's CEO Barclay Klingel will remain in his role reporting to Sara Lee's CEO.
