EnergySolutions Acquires Substantially All Assets of Williams Industrial Services Group for $60M

EnergySolutions agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Williams Industrial Services Group Inc. for $60 million through a Section 363 sale as part of Williams' Chapter 11 process. The deal (for Williams' nuclear, fossil, energy delivery and paper mill operations) excludes Williams' water contract operations in Florida and Texas and is intended to expand EnergySolutions' nuclear services and plant-support capabilities.

Mansfield Power & Gas Acquires eServices Energy Management

Mansfield Power & Gas, LLC (a subsidiary of Mansfield Energy Corp) acquired eServices Energy Management, LLC, a Glen Allen, Virginia-based natural gas marketing, asset optimization and logistics services provider. The deal expands Mansfield’s natural gas supply and producer services capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic and Appalachia (Marcellus/Utica), enabling growth of its end-user customer base and enhanced marketing/logistics solutions for producers and utilities.

Energy Services of America Acquires WV Pipeline, Inc.

Energy Services of America Corporation formed a wholly owned subsidiary, West Virginia Pipeline Acquisition Company, and entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of WV Pipeline, Inc. for $3.5 million cash plus a $3.0 million seller note; the transaction was expected to close December 31, 2020. The acquisition expands Energy Services' capabilities and geographic presence in gas and water distribution utility services in southern West Virginia, and WV Pipeline's leadership (David and Daniel Bolton) will remain with the business.

Energy Transfer LP to Acquire Crestwood Equity Partners LP

Energy Transfer LP has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Crestwood Equity Partners LP in an all-equity transaction valued at approximately $7.1 billion (including assumed debt). The deal extends Energy Transfer’s midstream footprint deeper into the Williston, Delaware and Powder River basins and adds gathering, processing, storage and terminal assets that complement its existing NGL, crude and export capabilities.

Williams Acquires Haynesville Gathering and Processing Assets from Trace Midstream for $950M

Williams has agreed to acquire the Haynesville gathering and processing assets of Trace Midstream in a transaction valued at $950 million. The deal expands Williams' footprint and gathering capacity in the Haynesville basin, and includes a related long-term capacity commitment from Rockcliff and a joint-venture equity partnership with Quantum to support Williams' Louisiana Energy Gateway project.
