Yellowstone Acquisition Company completed its previously announced business combination with Sky Harbour LLC on January 25, 2022, and the combined company changed its name to Sky Harbour Group Corporation, which began trading on the NYSE American under the ticker SKYH. As part of the transaction, a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation purchased 10,000,000 shares of Yellowstone Class A common stock for $100,000,000 and the transaction closed following shareholder approval.
