Partners Group and Kohlberg & Company jointly acquired BluSky Restoration Contractors from majority owner Dominus Capital, which retained a minority stake; BluSky management also retains a meaningful ownership position. Denver-based BluSky is a national restoration, remediation, environmental, and roofing services provider with more than 900 employees and 40 branches; the new owners plan to expand branches, national accounts, capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions.

The combined business will operate under the BluSky name; HARBRO executives will retain significant non-institutional ownership and Dominus Capital (BluSky's controlling investor) supported the transaction.

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration Acquires Bold North Roofing and Contracting

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a Bertram Capital-backed roofing platform, has acquired Bold North Roofing and Contracting, a roofing and exterior services provider serving the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. The add-on expands Ridgeline's Midwest footprint; founders Erik McLaughlin and Ryan Emmerich will continue to lead Bold North and are reinvesting in the platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Restoration Builders Acquires Alden Roofing, Inc.

The deal expands Restoration Builders' footprint in the Southwestern U.S. and adds a 40-person team with experience in insurance restoration and storm-related roofing work.
