Founders Anthony “Tony” Allogia and Scott Nowicki remain in day-to-day control and retain substantial ownership as the company pursues geographic expansion and growth into larger commercial projects.

MDI NetworX Acquires Cobalt MedPlans from Cobalt Health Solutions
