Averna, a Walter Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired ELCOM a.s. and its subsidiaries (RH‑Tech s.r.o. and ELTIA, s.r.o.) in the Czech Republic. The deal — supported by Averna shareholders including Walter Capital Partners, Investissement Québec and W Investments — adds ~150 employees and expands Averna's capabilities in test & measurement, power engineering and industrial automation as part of its international expansion.

Key Capital Partners Invests £4.25m in Avantis Systems

Key Capital Partners has taken a significant minority stake in Gloucester-based Avantis Systems via a £4.25m investment to accelerate international distribution and product development of its ClassVR educational virtual reality system. Founded in 2007, Avantis has deployed over 40,000 VR headsets across more than 3,000 schools and will use the new funding to expand overseas sales and continue product innovation.

Capital A Invests in Merger of Anrova Solutions and Domani Business Solutions
