Arcadea Group Takes Majority Stake in Flight Vector

Arcadea Group, a long-hold, growth-oriented SaaS investor, has made a majority strategic growth investment in Flight Vector, a provider of dispatch, fleet and operations software for air and ground transport customers. The deal will support accelerated product development, expanded services and international growth while Flight Vector’s founder and CEO, Scot Cromer, remains in place with a meaningful equity stake.

Arcadea Group Acquires Complete Flight

Arcadea Group has acquired Complete Flight, a Part 135 operations software provider, and will merge it with Flight Vector to create an end-to-end leader in aeromedical, utilities and mission-critical aviation markets. The deal positions Arcadea’s aviation platform to offer comprehensive solutions spanning CAD, OCC, maintenance and dispatch while founder Bernie Berg moves to Chief Product Officer.
