PCF Insurance Services Acquires Peak Performance Team

PCF Insurance Services, a top-20 U.S. insurance brokerage headquartered in Lehi, Utah, has acquired Peak Performance Team (PPT), a Surfside Beach, South Carolina–based finance & insurance (F&I) broker that provides extended warranties, vehicle service contracts, GAP and ancillary products to auto dealerships. The deal closed in mid‑July 2022 (terms undisclosed) and is intended to expand PCF's F&I product capabilities and national footprint.

CUSITech Acquires Peak Professional Contractors

Amtech, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Cosmo DeNicola, who remains a shareholder; Peak Rock views Amtech as a platform for product development and strategic add-on acquisitions to drive growth.

Frontenac Acquires Prime Technology Group from Renovus Capital Partners

Frontenac, a Chicago-based private equity firm, has acquired Prime Technology Group, a Wayne, Pennsylvania-headquartered provider of outsourced application development and managed software solutions, from Renovus Capital Partners. Balance Point Capital provided a bespoke debt and equity financing package to support Frontenac's acquisition; financial terms were not disclosed. Frontenac said it will invest in strategic growth initiatives, talent and complementary software development capabilities to accelerate Prime's platform maturation and market penetration in healthcare, insurance and financial services.

Peak Technologies Acquires North Coast Technical
