An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital has completed the acquisition of Amtech LLC and New Futura Services LLC (together, Amtech Software), a provider of manufacturing ERP software and technology services for the packaging and other manufacturing industries. Amtech, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Cosmo DeNicola, who remains a shareholder; Peak Rock views Amtech as a platform for product development and strategic add-on acquisitions to drive growth.
