Peak Rock Capital Affiliate Completes Acquisition of Amtech Software

An affiliate of Peak Rock Capital has completed the acquisition of Amtech LLC and New Futura Services LLC (together, Amtech Software), a provider of manufacturing ERP software and technology services for the packaging and other manufacturing industries. Amtech, headquartered in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, will continue to be led by founder and CEO Cosmo DeNicola, who remains a shareholder; Peak Rock views Amtech as a platform for product development and strategic add-on acquisitions to drive growth.

AWT Labels & Packaging Acquires Labeltronix

Minneapolis-based AWT Labels & Packaging, a PE-backed label and flexible packaging converter, has acquired Labeltronix, a premium craft label manufacturer headquartered in Anaheim, California. The acquisition expands AWT’s premium labeling capabilities and establishes a flagship West Coast manufacturing site to better serve food & beverage, alcohol, nutraceutical and other CPG customers.

Peak Technologies Acquires Graphic Label

Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Graphic Label LLC; terms were not disclosed. Graphic Label, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, provides AIDC consumables, hardware, software and on-site services primarily to the food & beverage market — the add-on expands Peak's geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest, strengthens on-site service and label capabilities, and creates cross-selling opportunities.

Fortis Solutions Group Acquires Label Tech Inc.

Fortis Solutions Group LLC, a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, has acquired Label Tech Inc., an ISO-certified flexographic and digital manufacturer of pressure-sensitive and non-pressure-sensitive labels and flexible packaging based in Somersworth, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands Fortis's geographic footprint and product capabilities across consumer products, food & beverage, and health & beauty end markets.

Resource Label Group Acquires Teklabel (Tek Label and Printing, Inc.)

Resource Label Group, a Franklin, Tennessee-based label and packaging consolidator, has acquired Milpitas, California-based Teklabel (Tek Label and Printing, Inc.) to expand its West Coast presence. The deal is the twentieth acquisition for Resource Label and brings Teklabel's digital and flexographic label and flexible packaging capabilities into the RLG platform, with Teklabel's founders remaining in leadership roles.

All4Labels Acquires Flexoprint Labels S/A

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a Triton Fund V portfolio company, has signed an agreement to make Flexoprint Labels S/A a 100% subsidiary, with the Stange Warmeling and Schlickmann families becoming co-shareholders in the group. The add-on purchase (expected to close in Q2 2022) expands All4Labels' Latin American footprint and product offering across labels, sleeves and digital/RFID solutions.
