TransDigm Group Incorporated has completed the acquisition of Raptor Labs Holdco, LLC (Raptor Scientific) from L Squared Capital Partners for approximately $655 million in cash. Raptor Scientific is a manufacturer of complex test and measurement solutions serving aerospace and defense markets, expected to generate about $90 million in 2024 revenue and employs roughly 170 people across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites.

Raptor Scientific Acquires Sensor Concepts, Inc.

Raptor Scientific, a platform company backed by L Squared Capital Partners, has acquired Sensor Concepts, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of radar cross-section (RCS) measurement instruments and related field measurement services. The deal was financed with credit and equity support from Graycliff Partners and Five Points Capital and expands Raptor's test & measurement capabilities in the Aerospace & Defense market.

Raptor Scientific Acquires MEDTHERM Corporation

Raptor Scientific has acquired MEDTHERM Corporation, a Huntsville, Alabama-based maker of heat flux sensors, infrared radiometers, and thermocouples for aerospace, defense, space, and industrial applications. The purchase brings MEDTHERM's precision sensing capabilities into Raptor's test-and-measurement product portfolio and will support continued investment in the business and service continuity for customers and employees.

Raptor Technologies Acquires SIGMA Threat Management Associates

Nanalysis Scientific Acquires K'(Prime) Technologies Inc.

The transaction consideration includes C$3 million in cash, 2.76 million Nanalysis shares (two-year lock-up) and up to C$1 million in earn-outs; closing was expected by Dec 31, 2021.

Raptor Technologies Acquires PayK12

Raptor Technologies, the Houston-based school safety software leader, has acquired PayK12, a provider of online ticketing and payment solutions for K–12 schools and athletics. The acquisition adds secure event ticketing and payment capabilities to Raptor’s VisitorSafe and EventSafe products, expanding the company’s school safety and administrative offerings to include event and payments management.
