Financial terms were not disclosed; Arixa was a virtual, asset-light company based in Palo Alto and was advised by Four Oaks Partners on the transaction.

AmerisourceBergen Corporation acquired a majority stake in PharmaLex from funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners AG in a transaction that closed at year-end 2022 for approximately EUR 1.28 billion. PharmaLex, a Germany-headquartered provider of regulatory, clinical development and pharmacovigilance services to the life sciences industry, was grown under AUCTUS through a buy-and-build program of 38 add-ons and will expand AmerisourceBergen's global pharmaceutical solutions.

Idera Pharmaceuticals Acquires Aceragen

Idera Pharmaceuticals completed an all-stock acquisition of Aceragen, a privately held biotech focused on rare pulmonary and rheumatic diseases, adding Aceragen's lead programs ACG-701 and ACG-801 to Idera's pipeline. APNAR Pharma Acquires Aurex Laboratories

Actylis Acquires Pharm-Rx

Norwell Consumer Healthcare Acquires Boyd Pharmaceuticals' Canadian OTC Brands

The asset purchase strengthens Norwell's gastroenterology and cough & cold portfolio and supports accelerated growth of its consumer OTC business.
