AEA SBF Acquires American Expediting

AEA Investors' Small Business Fund (AEA SBF) has completed the acquisition of American Expediting, a U.S.-based same-day ground courier and expedited logistics provider. The company, headquartered in Folcroft, Pennsylvania, serves time-critical shipments—particularly in the life sciences vertical—and operates more than 40 locations with over 300 employees and a network of independent contract drivers.

Edited Capital Acquires Annex Cloud
