Eurazeo Acquires Majority Stake in Cranial Technologies

Eurazeo has acquired a majority stake in Cranial Technologies from BPOC, investing over $200 million alongside an equity rollover from management. Cranial Technologies is the market leader in custom cranial orthotics (the DOC Band) and operates approximately 80 U.S. clinics plus licensed international locations; the investment will support U.S. and international expansion and product-line extension.
