Eurazeo Acquires Elemica

Eurazeo (via its Eurazeo Capital arm) agreed to acquire Elemica, a cloud-enabled digital supply network and SaaS provider, from Thoma Bravo. The transaction—backed by approximately $250 million of equity from Eurazeo and its affiliates—is intended to support Elemica's global expansion into new geographies, industry verticals and product offerings.
