Elemica Acquires OmPrompt

Elemica has completed the acquisition of OmPrompt, a UK-based supply chain automation technology company. The deal brings OmPrompt’s AI/ML-driven document automation, EDI and exception-management capabilities into Elemica’s digital supply network to expand automation functionality and scale Elemica’s procure-to-pay and order-to-cash offerings across its global manufacturing and consumer goods customer base.
